1 cup fresh cilantro 1 cup fresh mint 1 tsp. salt 1 tbsp. seeded and finely chopped green chilis |
1 tbsp. tamarind concentrate diluted in 2 tbsp. water 1/2 cup water 2 tsp. sugar | ||

In a blender or food processor, combine all ingredients and blend until just combined. Serve fresh. | |||
