1-1/2 cups raisins 3 lbs., peeled and grated carrots 4 oranges, peeled, pith removed, and broken into segments |
6 tbsp. lemon juice 6 tbsp. orange juice 1 tbsp. cinnamon | ||

Soak the raisins in hot water for 30 minutes, then drain. Combine the ingredients in a large salad bowl and mix well. Chill for at least an hour before serving. | |||
