2 cups broth 2 tsp. hot pepper paste 2 tbsp. lemon juice |
1/4 cup olive oil 1/2 tsp. cumin 1/4 cup finely chopped coriander | ||

In a heavy saucepan over medium heat, bring 2 cups of broth from the couscous to a boil, then add the pepper paste, lemon juice, olive oil and cumin, reduce the heat and simmer for five minutes. Turn off the heat, stir in the chopped coriander, and serve hot. | |||
