At the beginning of each meal, the Prophet would simply invoke the name of God:

Bismillah ar-Rahman ar-Rahim
In the name of Allah, the infinitely Compassionate and Merciful

or

Bimillahi wa 'ala barakati-'llahi
In the name of Allah and with blessings from Allah

Upon eating the first fruits of the harvest, he would pray:

Allahumma barik la'na fi thamari'na wa barik la'na fi madinati'na
Allahumma kama arait'na awwala'hu fa'ari-na akhira'hu

O Allah! Bless our fruits and bless our town.
O Allah! As You have given us the taste of this first fruit,
So let us also taste the last of it
