2 cups buttermilk or yogurt 2 cups water 1/4 cup sugar |
2 tsp. rosewater Crushed ice | ||
|
Using a blender or food processor, beat the buttermilk or yogurt with the water to a smooth consistency, then stir in the sugar and rosewater. Serve in tall glasses over crushed ice. Makes 4 servings. | |||
