A traditional accompaniment to an Indian meal.
Total time: 5 minutes
2 cups buttermilk or yogurt
2 cups water
¼ cup sugar
2 tsp. rosewater
Using a blender or food processor, beat the buttermilk or yogurt with the water to a smooth consistency, then stir in the sugar and rosewater. Serve in tall glasses over crushed ice. Makes 4 servings.
